Intinya, menurut tim itu, Galaxy S, yang disebut sebagai S1, harus dibuat semirip mungkin tampilan dan cara kerjanya dengan iPhone. Dokumen ini, jika terbukti kebenarannya, bisa menjadi pondasi dasar atas tudingan manajemen Apple selama ini bahwa manajemen Samsung sengaja meniru habis-habisan semua fitur unggulan iPhone.
Sejauh ini, pengacara Samsung berusaha membangun argumentasi bahwa kemunculan teknologi layar sentuh merevolusi dunia piranti keras menjadi mirip dengan iPhone.
