Health officials say the deadly Ebola virus has killed at least 14 people in the western region of Uganda.
Vice World Health Organization (WHO) in Uganda on Saturday said there were 20 cases reported in Kibaale district, nearly 200 kilometers west of the capital, Kampala.
Uganda Health Director Anthony Mbonye said they were trying to identify people who may have contact with victims.
There is no cure or vaccine for Ebola, which looks like dengue fever. The disease is highly contagious and kills quickly.
In 2000, more than 200 people died of Ebola in Uganda.
